The International Relations Office of Moutai Institute was established in September 2019. The main functions of the office include: 

1. Manage the school's International affairs and Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan under the leadership of the principal;

2. Responsible for the school's relevant departments to carry out international cooperation projects (teacher-student exchange, short-term exchanges, etc.), and provide services for the international exchanges and cooperation between teachers and students of various departments ;

3. Responsible for the approval and management of international conferences and related international affairs held by our university;

4. Assist leaders to do a good job of serving international experts, academic groups, scientific research cooperation institutions, friendly people and foreigners who come to school to engage in official activities;

5. Responsible for granting and employing honorary and visiting professors from overseas;

6. Responsible for the recruitment of international teachers, the management of daily life, services and the handling of related certificates;

7. Coordinate, supervise, guide, and deal with all kinds of major international-related incidents that foreign experts and teachers have in schools;

8. Cooperate with national security departments and relevant school departments to do international-related security and confidentiality work;

9. Coordinate important international affairs activities and international affairs operations of various departments (departments), and supervise the implementation of international affairs discipline;

10. Draw up the work plan and annual plan summary of the International Relations Office of the school, and draft and revise the rules and regulations;

11. Coordinate the teaching management of international experts and teachers with the Academic Affairs Office and related teaching units;

12. Responsible for recruiting international students and related tasks.
